We all knew Vasi was not winning. He has a hard enough time stopping 3 in a row to win a shootout.

Thank God he has been a monster during regulation so he does not have to do that often.

He's 8 for 8 in shootouts this year.

After checking a few more sources, I have no idea anymore either. Fox Sports had him at 8 for 8. Hockey-Reference at 7 for 8. NHL.com at 8 for 9. In any case, he's usually pretty good in the shootout.

Went 3 for 3 against Columbus. 2 for 2 against Ottawa. 2 for 3 against Montreal. So he's 7 for 8 in shootouts with a record of 2-1.
