Dahlen - so-so season. Shows good skills. Is a good passer and sees play well. This shows up when he given time like on 4 on 4 or on the power play. Yet he tends to get eliminated 5 on 5 and is not terrific in his end. If he is to make it, he has to show more high level speed and become a more dangerous offensive player. You wonder if he can be that at the next level. Is smart player and might play better with better players.

Imo the Canucks screwed up his development by letting him go back to the allsvenskan instead of having him move up to a tougher league. Probably set him behind a year.

Of course that’s your take as its absurd. Dahlen “I’m not ready for the AHL, the league is too tough and I want to improve my game back home.” Benning “I don’t give a frank, Melvin wants you in Utica so suck it up.” Great way to build a positive relationship with our prospects and their agents

Comets had a PP, inn the first minute and did not score.

MacMaster and Lind were in 2 on 1 but Lind couldn't handle the elevated pass.

MacEwen just stopped in close. Carcone flubbed a shot at the net and MacEwen used the rebound like a pass.

Woods in off the circle and a blocker stop.

Bingo scores as McLeod attacked the net and muscled his way by Gaunce and Blujus to the side of the net and shoveled it on goalt and the rebound was canned.

Following the goal it's been a lot more Bingo. Comets are dead and the Devils keep circling.

Even on the PP MacEwen is bound and determined to muscle his way in instead of making the simple pass. gets rubbed out, falls down and the puck is cleared. His IQ is beginning to look like tunnel vision.

There has been nothing worth watching on this PP. Can't even maintain possession. Lots of puck chasing. Maybe paired with Carcone is a negative influence.

2 on 1 for Bingo and Demko gloves the shot. Where have i seen this before?

Comets can't get control of the puck in their end, just keep poking, tapping, pushing, and slapping at it.

Another PP coming to the Comets. It's their 3rd and the 1st 2 have been less than stellar.

Bingo overstretches their coverage trying to man a three-man rush. Comets break out trapping 2 and Gaunce carries it in passes it back and a onetimer comes off the left circle from MacMaster and..............

MacEwen loses his mind and charges, boards, elbows and whatevers a Devil late anyways.

The Comets are just a box with waving sticks and attempting some blocks.
