Welp, two underwhelming days. A couple picks that make sense to me, a few that dont. Nothing Im particularly excited by. A fitting end to the goat rodeo that was 2015/2016.

First draft with Delorme back as the head scout again ending in disaster again...

Truly amazing how that guy can still have a job after a decade of mediocrity and a new guy comes in and totally out performs him for 3 years, only to have the new dinosaur GM fire him.

Truly depressing year...

Delorme, Weisbrod, Benning all probably had fair rein.. I can't say it was Brackett because we've just seen him promoted recently and Gradin has been one of our best scouts.


Delorme is listed as "Chief of Amateur Scouting" and Judd Brackett is the "Director of Amateur Scouting"... Wtf is the difference here .

Garbage draft. Every pick was questionable at best (aside from Candella who was good) and we had 5 ****ing picks. Our rivals had double the picks and got much better value across the board.

Love Juolivi. Haven't had a D pick to get pumped about since Bourdon.

Love the Lockwood. Watched his highlight pack. Kid can absolutely rip. Haglin type speed.

Question becomes, if Juolivi is ready the Canucks will have to move someone out. But who?
