What if we win EACH of the next 3 years and Iginla wins 3 Conn Smyth''s?

If we win 3 Cups in the next 3 years, I'd retire the whole team's numbers.

I didn't know the maturity thing was still around duchene. Seems to me he's proven to be a leader on this team.

A: Duchene
A: ROR (When Mcleod is not in the lineup)

**NOTE** aside from the contract issues, I believe ROR is a leader in the dressing room
Perhaps EJ gets one since he's come a long way under Roy

Giving ROR AND Duchene A's at the same time would be a mistake. Having all of the captains be young star forwards would devalue a lot of what the rest of the team brings.
