I erased my PM's from the summer. So here it is:

We're looking for a new manager to take over a team. If you know anyone interested PM me.

I have a few players on the trading block if anyone is looking to deal...David Backes, Tanner Pearson, Andrei Markov and possibly Kari Lehtonen. I would consider listening to deals for Malkin, but I'd really need to be "wow'ed" in order to make anything happen there (ie its very unlikely). Looking to make upgrades in net primarily, but will look at improvements anywhere.

keslerkrony has been replaced with DCantheDman.

Welcome DCantheDman, please remember to change your team name to your HF user name.

If you're open to dealing PM me.

Oh yeah, Canucker and I made a trade

To Canucker: James Neal
To Arsmaster: David Backes

Yeah after I lost what would have been my best player (Tyler Seguin) because of the strict rule and no forgiveness policy this league has, I've been uninterested in playing in this league. WebSim Hockey is more fun and less stressful.

I'm looking for a upgrade in net. Brandon Dubinski is back from injury and on the trading block, if anyon is interested in a trade centered around him.

That was over a year ago, and even if I agree that it sucked, it's pretty inconsiderate of you to just quit without saying anything.

Soooo....massive fail.

I just discovered we have an "NA" spot in our league. I have kept Gibson on my bench this entire season. Doh!

Trade to announce.

To DCantheDMan:
Petr Mrazek + My 2015 7th Round Pick

To BrockH:
DCantheDMan's 2015 4th Round Pick

Also, we'd initially considered Mrazek for a pick straight up. However, that forces Arse to manually manage draft picks and introduces supplemental round draft picks per the CBA. Arse doesn't want to do that (for obvious reasons - a reasonable complaint). Instead, we balanced the picks. The CBA doesn't reflect it yet, but it will need to be changed to remove a supplemental round, and mandate that all trades must have an equal number of draft picks (all from the first 10 rounds) from both sides. This will ensure that trades can be processed via Yahoo, and save you the trouble of managing trades/draft picks manually in some case (e.g. this one).

Y2K, a little help with the above would be great. Not sure exactly how to handle this on my end as I don't have a great grasp of the commish tools.

Dang you edited quickly Brock, I could have tried something I just don't have the greatest grasp on the tools.

Sometimes I wish I never said I'd commish, just didn't want the league to fold.

Haha...DC told me that he PM'd you, so I changed it based on that response. No worries, it probably makes more sense this way. Should make your life a whole lot easier, and the negative impact to the league is fairly minimal. Your call if you want to actually rework the CBA.

You basically handled this last year already (when you re-ordered all the draft picks) the only catch is that you had a chart telling you what to do at that point. Trades with lopsided picks force you to maintain a chart/table that outlines everyone's draft picks, since the trades can't be managed within Yahoo.

No worries, arse. It works out well this way and it will certainly make everything easier on the back end if we all have the same number of picks.

We all appreciate you throwing yourself on the grenade and keeping the league alive.

I am looking to trade a producing player or two for picks or young players. Let me know who you are interested in and we can have a discussion.

Thanks Brock...interesting stuff, my goaltending hasn't been as solid for me this year.

I'd screwed it up a bit, sorry (have a spreadsheet that does it, but had to tweak the macro for different stat categories and messed it up). Updated my post with the corrected stats.
