According to Sandy Clough, Drew Goodman, or Scott Hastings (Dont remember which one, probably Sandy) on the fan today shortly after 12:00 said that Duchene was skating, just not with the team during practice.

Sandy was more than likely hanging out at the rink and saw him skating at some point. If I trust anyone to come through with that sort of info, it'd be Sandy Clough.

That would be such a huge step in bringing him back. It would be phenomenal if he could start skating with the team a bit in a few days.

Quit looking for the worst case. The question was asked if he was expected to play in the first game. EVERY write up on the series has Hejda playing game 1 because of that. Hejda will play game 1.

This thread is likely going to be one showing a lot of frustration in the next couple of weeks. So hard to get info on injured guys in the playoffs.

Wouldn't surprise me at all if Duchene was the only regular player not in uniform on Thursday.

I've listened to every word the man has said in public for the last year. He means Hejda will play game one.
