Walz tweeting about the Rupp/Oshie situation:





Blues fans and Hitchcock apparently got pissed off by this, but even Russo somewhat agrees in his latest blog.

Walz isn't exactly unbiased though I wouldn't be either since a few years ago the Blues jumped him.

It was a stupid hit by Rupp no matter which way you put it. He was out there for one reason - to be a deterrent against any St Louis Blues shenanigans. Instead he lays a blind side dirty hit and puts every one of our top players in jeopardy. Now, if we have play the st louis blues we get the privilege of listening to national broadcasters and hypocritical posters justifying reasons for our top guys taking pot shots to the head.
