Another simple and slightly boring GDT - but hey - that's me.

Threw in some stats to spice it up a little. I hope everyone likes stats as much as I do.

Also a little humor - if you look hard enough you'll find it.

Staying optimistic - Isles 4 Preds 3

Really no point in putting more effort into the GDT than Crapuano puts into well, anything to do with the game.

Looks good Tag. Maybe Crappy could get his guys to "keep it simple". Hit everything in sight, most notably the net with the puck and actually outwork your opponent for the whole game. Another team struggling (hmm why do we have such bad luck playing struggling teams). I think with Poulin in, we could possibly win this, with Nabby, :shakehead. If TV is back, Nelson probably gets bumped back to the press box, which will infuriate me and if Hammer is hurt, Martinek I guess is in for him. I just wanna see these guys give a $hit and not just play it as the morning skate.

I would settle for our defence not shooting puck at opposition players and causing rushes the other way. Not getting it on net is one thing, but not even getting past the first man is tragic...

Did Nashville really lose 5 to 0 to the Devils?! Brutal...

Here's another one...

I was absolutely clamor ing for snow to go out and trade for one of the 3 Ottawa goalies last year. They ultimately took conacher for bishop. Niño and a pick wouldn't have got it done? Me thinks snow didn't kick the tires

Not sure what I prefer here. Isles winning or Isles losing so some people can get fired...

I'm probably gonna go with Isles winning because nobody will actually get fired even if they do end up losing.. #TheBlindLeadingTheBlind

You guys will complain no matter what. When a defenseman knows a shot will get blocked they miss the net on purpose or just get it deep to keep it in the zone. It's not easy for a defenseman to get a shot on net when there is a lot of traffic in front of the net fyi. You guys think it's so easy for a defenseman to hit the net from the point, newsflash it's not. Every team's fans complain about the defenseman not hitting the net or getting blocked. Missing the net when they have a clear shot is another thing, and guess what? Our forwards miss the net A TON in great scoring chances. No one really talks about that though.

Clutterbuck a possibility tonight. Vanek out, but worked out off ice today and felt good. Could skate tomorrow.

Unfortunately with Crapuano behind the bench I put our chances of winning this one at precisely 0.00%
