Why 200 lbs? Aho is like 175. TT is likely 185. Point is 170. Marner is 175. Etc.
Are there many 5’10” guys in the NHL that are 200lbs +?
Swoll is the goal

Crosby, Skinner. Just need a stupidly ridiculous core and thighs. Why 200 lbs? Aho is like 175. TT is likely 185. Point is 170. Marner is 175. Etc.

Technically, both are over 5’10 though. Yeah, only an inch, but still, they are.
Skinner is listed as 5’11 195lbs, so he’s an inch taller and not quite 200 (although after seeing him irl, I think both his Listed height and weight might be exaggerated).
Crosby is also 5’11, 200.
My nitpicking aside, my point is we probably don’t need Jarvis to be 190 or 200 lbs to be effective, and in fact, getting that big may hinder some aspects of his game (and may not). Lots/most shorter guys are effective in the 170-185 range. If his body type adapts to a 195/200 lb weight and he can be effective, then that’s fine, just don’t think that needs to be an objective.
Times I’ve seen him in real life, I’ve always been suspicious of Skinner’s listed height. Seems shorter than 5’11” to me.It was always fun to enter a “smurfy Skinner” thread and point out he has almost identical physical dimensions to Sidney Crosby.

pictures can be deceiving, but here he is next to Ed Sheeran, who is 5’8”, and Dalpe who is 6’1” or 6’2”. Of course, we can’t see what shoes they all have on.

NHL player heights have always been more than a little fishy. There are definitely a lot of guys whose heights seem to have been measured in their skates and still standing on pucks.
And to add to that it’s also completely f***ing irrelevant if you’re good enough.
