I was so sure that Bennett was going to be a stud. Similar frame to Kesler, and a similar bite to his game too. Glad I was wrong on that one, but too bad to see a good young player like that stagnate so badly.

Yeah these kids have dinosaurs telling them over and over to bulk up. Some people just don't have the frame to carry that extra weight and stay mobile. They'd be much more effective at a lower weight and as we've seen from a guy like patrick kane, you don't have to put on weight be successful or to stay healthy.
