Agreed. Stacking the top line was a bad move. Namestnikov should have been up there instead of Point or Stammer. They need to redistribute one of them down (Stammer IMO) to the second line.

A cap that, according to most reports, will be rising considerably in the next couple of years. Plus, given how much Palat wanted to stay, very doubtful it would've taken near 6 like he got in N.J. if this the kind of usage and performance they'll get from Colton moving ahead, would've much rather kept Palat then use the $ from him they'll throw at Colton(if they even keep him).

No money for roster move. The team is stuck unless they trade money out. Or someone else gets hurt.

Our depth definitely looks like it will cause us issues this year. That top line won't last long before being split up, but I'm already cringing at the thought of anchoring Stamkos or Point with the likes of Hagel and Killorn.
