This one has been corroborated by basically all of hockey twitter. Not sure why the OP chose that particular tweet, but Kuemper to Washington has a lot of smoke at this point

The Caps actually had a pretty good defense last year. If the goalies had league average play they'd have won like 8-10 more games and probably beaten the Panthers.

Even though it was a short short, thank you Kuemps. I’ve been very critical of him but he still won a cup with our team and was solid in the regular season. Best of luck with the Caps.
