Even though we lost,
Kakko went IN TO THE NET and scored.
A little win imo

There’s absolutely nothing special about braeden scheinder besides the fact he has a
Horrific Millennial blended first name .

I would send him down tomorrow.

He can’t handle a pass and he brings zero physicality.

I think this makes a lot of sense even if our coach did the complete opposite at certain times tonight playing Panarin with Kane and moving up Harpur to play with Trouba.
Gotta give him credit tho he did start Chytil in overtime and did play the kid line more down the stretch.

The obvious lines are
Kreider Zib Kane
Panarin Trochek Tarasenko
Laf chytil kakko
4th

It really isn't hard. Kids are starting to heat up at the right time.

Also our left d depth is
Miller
Lindgren
Mikkola
Jones
Robertson
Hajek
The canteen workers
Harpur

The Rangers are going at 3 quarters speed and still playing highly competitive games. I’m not going to complain when we’re locked into #3 and home ice is a negligible difference against jersey or Carolina. Just stay healthy

All the analytics say we got goalied :(

Levi is a good one. Just what Buffalo needs to take the next step

He’s been carrying around terrible partners since day 1. Blame management for mishandling the Lindgren injury and not giving Jones some games.

You're right about Schneider except for the fact that he's Gen Z with years to spare.

Joe f***ing Pavelski is a Millennial. He's 39 this year.

Coach 100 percent right!
He's pissed. Said first period was a joke!
Only one line showed up.
Not playing the game the right way and that's how players get hurt.
He's 100 percent right.
Great presser.

This is glass half full at its finest. Bordering on delusional. We had 5 shots on goal 35 minutes in.

it was the 2nd game of a back to back with not much to play for. kane and zibanejad took the night off for sure, but then we had 20 shots in the third period. they played well enough to win the game in regulation (Halak gave up a bad goal, Levi was very very good)

I like Vally and he's really good but he keeps using the fatigue factor.
What's gonna happen if this team gets stretched to 6 and 7 games every series in the playoffs? Are they gonna be out of gas by the middle of the 2nd round?

I think Kane will get it going in the post season.
I really don't judge him before that. If he sucks then, well fu¤k

Sure for some of the third period.
Not a night where the eye test meets the analytics.
It says here, basically, that the Rangers got run off the ice in the 1st period (again), the 2nd period was even, and if the 3rd period had been played with the Rangers on a 5-on-3 for the entire period, it would have produced similar results.

The 1st periods have been a major issue.

I looked at the individual analytics to see how bad Schneider was but the top six was way worse.
