Thank goodness for Jacob Smithstrom in net. Enabled the Oilers to make the scoreboard somewhat respectable despite being dominated in all areas of the ice. Absolutely atrocious start in the biggest game of their year and this team came out flaccid. A minor moral victory to get back in a sloppy game. But this was a pretty dominating loss dressed up by an inept goaltender (well all goaltenders were inept).
