All I know is they better score some stinking goals. If they go down in a 5-4 game so be it, but it damn well better not be another 2-1 or 1-0 loss with no goals from the forwards.

All the Dallas wins were by a goal. 1-0, 3-2 and 2-1 scores. And it’s not like they are lighting it up either. They have 5 goals in regulation in the 4 games (not counting the OT goal but even that gives them only 6 goals in 4 games). We actually have as many goals in the series as they have.

And we definitely looked more out of gas in the first game.

Unfortunately when we get behind by a goal it seems so difficult to score that it feels like we’re down by a lot.

Let’s just win game 5. Unfortunately it’s going to be tough.

I would have preferred some lame coaching cliches like 'we need to simplify our game' or 'we're making it too easy on their goaltender' than 'the worst thing we can do is to change our game' and 'all we need to do is finish'.

Dallas is more than happy to hear this. They're comfortable winning 2-1 defending against the same 2-3 plays over and over again.
