It's not being said here, mostly a twitter thing, but I see people saying Warner/Discovery wouldn't buy WWE because of their AEW TV deal which simply isn't the case.

If Warner could own WWE outright they would and they would most likely not renew their AEW deal, though it could open the door for other TV suitors with WWE potentially shifting off their current networks.

That said I would bet money Warner will not be buying WWE because they don't have the cash for it. Discovery has them in full cost cutting mode and they are tossing content in the trash left, right, and center.

Comcast and Disney would be my guess at front runners, with Fox and Amazon strong possibilities too.

i don't see Disney buying WWE. they're CEO is too smart to pay that much for it

It would set up a great main event for WrestleMania 39 - Vince McMahon vs Mickey Mouse for total control of WWE.
Let’s do this, as long as Vince believes it’s actually true and whoever is in the Mickey suit is legit tough.
