I don't agree. I think Bergevin didn't wanted to tank in 2012-2013. But, he was probably expecting that the team would be out of the playoffs in february, and than, he would have the ok to sell and rebuild. We know the rest...

We don't need to do anything to have it, except letting Price takes his time to recover...
Ok, maybe trade Plekanecs or/and Markov for prospects and picks to help the process.
A late first round choice would be amazing.

Price higher is relative. It's about what Yzerman is after, who him and his scouts prefer, and how Bergevin can sell his assets.

That was dumping a guy who embarrassed the organization after being gifted a huge opportunity. I don't blame Bergevin for kicking Kassian off the team much like the Canucks had prior.

Dallas fans seem to be okay with the idea of a Beaulieu/Nuke swap. If that were to materialized, I would be thrilled.
