Just wanted to post that from Twitter.
That's an odd one; are they not as comfortable with Quick's return or Budaj's solid year?

:dunno:

What we do know, is Bishop is going to increase his price tag playing in LA

I'm alright with that. Their problem isn't keeping goals out of their net. Just means less assets to acquire scoring help.

Probably Quick insurance as he's just getting back, they probably aren't comfortable playing him everyday, so it makes sense from that standpoint, even though Budaj has done a hell of a job.

Budaj, Cernak and some picks.

Cernak for those who aren't aware is a big Slovak RHD, they picked him in the second round two years ago. Playing in the OHL currently.

Remember when Stevie Y wanted the 6th OA for him? I remember.

The return he got is actually pretty impressive to be honest.
Lightning might be able to flip Budaj even

Depending on the pick, this might be a really weird parallel move by LA.

I can't stand the kings. Don't get me wrong it's a fun team to watch, but they prove time and time again they're a ********* organization.

On the Bishop trade, the pick is conditional. And can move all the way up to a 2nd depending on success

Trade call on Hanzal happening right now, looks like everyone is still fishing for who's going back.

Uh-oh Bishop for a 5th + conditional pick probably sets the price for MAFleury to Backlund + Brodie + Johnson
