Made some chicken cacciatore tonight, tried it with heavy cream for the first time.

Sushi with reisling. Then lemon meringue pie and some bubbly for dessert.

Happy Fathers Day! I made have enjoyed a jumbo lobster! And yes, that is a cookie sheet the lobster is bigger than! It was 4.25 lbs.

No word of a lie, I had a big feed of it that night, along with some rolls and salad. I then shelled the whole thing and there was enough for 5 more sandwiches that we had the last few days!
I am good for lobster for another few months!

Ok Today's Dinner
Finally got my new Firestick Antenna will get a crystal 25 mile range with this thing, and got my Radio Tuned.
There is so weird green stuff on the plate. Might be mold. I would not eat it.
Last week or 2 weeks ago I showed bottos, but I forgot to show the mussells and found the photo,
I cleaned the plate, it was mix veggies, zuchini , peppers, brocceli, it was fresh
What unholy abomination of a skillet is that served on?! It looks like a cell that stopped halfway thru mitosis.
Took the fiancé to the best spot in our city (or at least it wins best restraurant every year here). Had a Cesar salad, then NY strip with an amazing potatoe side. Probably the best steak/salad I ever had. I usually veer towards seafood at nice places but my gut steered me right . I need to start taking pics, sorry....
Anyone out there go grocery shopping, spend 30 minutes getting stuff, then just go thru a drive-thru for a chicken sandwich because you don't feel like cooking?
