It is obvious that Sweden has greater depth in forwards than Finland, If you look at the top 13 in the scoreboard in regular season 2020/2021 then:

Sweden: 515
Finland: 449

Top 13 vs top 13 is very close. Best form would win tge day. But looking beyond top 13 (which is reasonable since there may be injuries etc affecting) the difference is significant (scoreboard 14-26)

Sweden: 302
Finland: 116

I would go even deeper but alas Finland have no more forwards to compare with.

This is the least skilled Swedish international team I have ever seen and they decided to sit Albert Johansson all tournament, and they didn't even bother bringing Berggren.

F.
difference is not big. pettersson, zibanejad, lindholm, landeskog, forsberg and backstrom are top players in nhl.
For the first time in decades we jävla finnar might, just might, have the upper hand in both centers and wingers.

Barkov, Aho, Hintz, Kotkaniemi, Lundell down the middle.

Add Rantanen, Teravainen, Granlund, Kakko, Laine, Kapanen, Haula.

Holy Wind-Surfing Jebus. We have a game!
