I'm sure there will be at least one unit of KHLers on the roster. The question is, who will be the top Russians in the KHL in two years?

i'd be surprised if the guy who was injured in the olympics didn't make the team, i'd never heard of him before, but was insanely impressed, i think he was number 42, but i'm not 100%

zina-zina
He is a really talented player, but I would be surprised if he made the Olympic roster.
I see Datsyk and Malkin as the 1-2 line centerс, Anisimov and Burmistrov as 3 and 4?
We'll see how Shipachyov does at WC (should be there).
Other then Griogorenko, Khokhlachev and Namestnikov are talented Centers also that might develop quickly.
do you see Shipachyov on the first or second line in the Olympics?
Age and younger competition are his enemy now. And he hasn't exactly been a leading player in KHL this year.

Doesn't Kuznetsov play center too?
I hope grigorenko can develop quick and take the 3c spot.
really, you think Grigorenko is a two way center you need on your third line?

I think he has amazing talent and skill at the offensive end of the ice, but is more of a liability in the Russian zone. Allowing for his impairment due to injury, he played woefully bad in the defensive zone when other teams were cycling and forechecking during the 2012 WJC. He does not show a physical side to his game such as you see with Ovechkin and Kovalchuk.
