So, Boucher's solution to our current woes seems to be to move the mediocre players UP the lineup: Oduya up two pairings, Pyatt up three lines, Burrows up a line. Hoffman stays on the 3rd though because god forbid he'd have more chances to shoot.

For anyone who's played sports OT loses suck. Shootout losses suck. A loss is a loss. The stat line looks a little prettier but the players look at those as losses.

Couldn't agree more, but the NHL goes by the numbers, and it could mean the difference between making the Playoffs or not, or for better positioning in the Playoffs. It's real.
