I really wonder what is wrong with Semin. He seems to have no drive (well a bit more jump last few games). I thought he was happy in Raleigh. Is he ever going to be good again?

He can't beat anyone 1 on 1. He can't even create his own shooting lanes anymore, let alone get by someone. Looks like he's 40.

His hesitancy to shoot is becoming beyond frustrating. You would think a guy that has no goals at this point in the season would be throwing all his shots on net. Instead, he seems to be looking for (or attempting to create) the perfect scoring chance, and that's just not going to happen in today's NHL.

Agreed. At least he's still creating plays with his passing. It's just that nobody is finishing them.
