I'm disappointed at the behaviour of some of our players.
Props to the amazing play of the Russians and their great goalie.

And Russia beat Team Ontario today in one of the semi finals at the Under 17. Gold game between Russia and the USA.

Not a good year for us.

Really? The russians deserve to be winning?

The shots are 36 to 18! This is a Russian squad that has been hemmed in its own zone all game.

If we had a goaltender anywhere near as good as Vasilyev we would be literally unbeatable.

Not a lame excuse at all, if Canada had their top players they win this game by 20 goals.
Oh the stupidity and the excuses. I'm ashamed of these type of posts.

But you don't. And you're not.

They have 5 goals. You have 1. As you guys were so quick to point out after the 1988 final when the Soviets outshot you like crazy, it doesn't matter how many shots you take, it matters how many goals you score. Shouldn't the same be true when Canada outshoots their opponent but loses?

What will it take for Canada to just once accept defeat with grace?

I'm sure the Russian did something to deserve it though. Or it was a love tap. What's the excuse now Canadians?
