Oates can't keep brushing aside this zone dominance by the opposition as just a product of "bad reads." At some point, you have to ask whether the reading glasses and analytical tips being provided by the coaches to the players are defective.

Perhaps we should interpret "bad reads" as " I really just leave it all up to the players to figure it all out".

Good for Fehr, well deserved. One of GMs few good bargain moves.

We are riding hot goalies to wins, unbelievable. When Grubaeur cools, hopefully Holtby will be ready. I have zero faith that McPhee is aware this team (as constructed) will make no playoff noise. My guess is he believes Kuz is his ace in the hole.
