oh and i wouldn't mind taking shot at pirri.

Talent Analysis

Pirri's puckhandling and playmaking skills are by far his strongest attributes. His decision-making and feel for the offensive game continues to improve at the professional level and has helped him develop into an offensive leader at the AHL level. He is adept at finding the soft spots in the offensive zone and possesses a hard shot. Though his defensive game is a work in progress, Pirri is not quite a liability and has added enough strength to compete against larger forwards. A potential top six center, his main hurdle will be adjusting to the speed and tightened space at the NHL level.

Future

Pirri's game is best suited for a scoring line and he has a chance to take the second line center spot, but he remains unproven at the NHL level to this point.

Could we swap him with Jarnkrok or would that be a lateral move at best?

From the main board it seems like CHI fans just wants picks (2nd +) for Pirri.

I would do something like

Almquist + Ferraro/Callahan + low pick for Pirri but I think they are also close to roster limit.

I wouldnt mind McDonald in New York, only 27 too.

Pirri wouldnt be bad either, potential top 6er. If nothing else clear out some of the log jam and trade a few guys for him.

Andersson+Alquist maybe

Quincey can't hit the net either, so we'd get one who at least blocks shots. :sarcasm:

meant more in getting shots through.

quincey is like lidström compared to him. quincey was actually the best red wing at getting shots through like at the end of last year or something. lashoff was by far the worst. amac was even worse than that a while back.

AMac = kyle quincey who blocks shots and can't hit the net.

Except he produces and plays like 26 minutes a night. In Detriot you can limit that to Quinceys time and he'll look much better. He'll also be a number 2 or 3 here. Hes just entering his prime as well. He would help the PP too.

Hes not all that similar to Quincey at all
