He had really good numbers after his demotion, his 2nd half numbers were...

The shift really messed with his head. He'd always make solid contact to the 2B or strikeout swinging an inside out to go opposite field. Once he starts using the opposite field / going with the ball ... he'll be more like Rizzo. Rizzo had problems in his 2nd year with the Cubs when MLB teams adjusted.
