If Grabner played with John Scott and Tanner Glass he’d still score 20 I’m pretty sure with the way he’s played with the Rangers. Idk what happened with the Leafs though

I guess you could say that. He is kind of a lone wolf. He doesn’t need a center iceman to generate scoring chances.

So he's the Baron Corbin of hockey? ;)

But that's great to hear that he doesn't need a center to generate chances. He'll get one, though, regardless. :)

you know what is hilarious...Grabner will resign with the Rangers on July 1st and the Devils will have nothing in return for either not making the playoffs or getting blown out in the first round. LMAO

I'm confident in saying that the chances of this happening are about the same as the shootout being eliminated from the game.

Good to know that he will still be effective if stonehands Zajac becomes a linemate.
I think he’d do well with Zajac and create a good shutdown line (Grabner is good in his own zone) NJD should be happy with him and unlike other Ranger fans, I hope he does great with the Devils(although I do hope he doesn’t resign). I really like him as a player and person. I don’t see him resigning with NYR

Devils cant afford having Bratt in the top 6 anymore as he has fallen off a bit. Grabner should play with Wood and Zacha

I heard a lot about his empty net goals. Fun fact, Devils were looking for just the player and I wish I was joking. So many extra points wins and ot/so losses could of prevented if they had someone score a freaking empty net goal...

Probably one of the best guys you could put with him. Zajac can win faceoffs and play D. Grabs will add to the defense but also be allowed to cheat a bit with other defensive linemates. As long as "stonehands" can flick a puck from the defensive zone to the red line with decent accuracy, they'd be good linemates. :)

He reminds me a lot of the way Gaborik played. Only less puck skill, hence the 3rd line dominance, and top 6 inconsistency.

Young Gaborik's physical tools, older Gaborik's puck skills. Same hockey IQ. Better defense and PK ability.

I guess 15 is better than 24.

So many people do not understand just how great Brodeur was. If he was on the Rangers instead of the "King" I guarantee you that you guys would have had more cups.

I mean, come on. No on can make that guarantee. I won't disagree that Brodeur is better than Hank, that's silly. But hypothetical comments like this are a complete injustice to the legitimate reasons for why Brodeur is better. And there's plenty of legitimate ones...stick with those.

Deal is looking better with every passing trade

Grabner doesn’t want to move his family and said he likes that NJ is competing for the playoffs. 90% chance he re-signs, 9% chance he signs with the Islanders 1% chance he signs with the Rangers

Doubtful. Goaltending was pretty much the only thing keeping us as contenders over the last decade. That was the least of our problems.
