Wow ! That's great ! I wish I had the same luck ! I did pull an EVO card... but it was Werenski... we'll see.

I bought a bunch of Milestone collectibles (45) and they all sold for over 5k super quickly, it was a good investment ! It's a good week for Milestone because the players are great (Stamkos, Ovechkin). Weirdly enough, I got a Bergeron (88), which seems to be in last week Milestone collection... I don't complain, he's my first now and has a (S) synergy, so that's cool.

Ovi and Stamkos are next weeks Milestones. Kucherov, Bergeron, Giroux etc were this week. Sold mine off too

The wrap around went in 75%+ of the time. And I don't mean glitchy leg kick wrap arounds. Just standard wrap arounds.

Overall pretty solid.

Saw Evo Malkin for 300 grabbed him. He's brutal. Don't like him at all. Probably gonna put him up for 350 and call it a day. If he doesn't get TOTW tomorrow hell drop in price anyways. Much rather have the EVO Subban for synergies.

Oh god those were horrible. I hated that shit. There's always some awful glitch goal.

Do you guys remember the "heroes set glitch" last year? I think it was because they updated the rosters and some players changed team. For NYR and OTT, if you had players already in the set that were traded, you could finish the set without one card (like a carbon collectible, for instance).

Do you think it will happen again this year ? Just in case, I already put Sheahan, Demers, Deslauriers and the others in their set, we never know.

This is me. Base Stamkos from the first week is best pull I've ever had in HUT since it came to existence. Is there a pattern of certain days giving better pulls, go no luck on Mondays

From what I've read, the early packs are always the best as they want to get players on the market.

I've pulled a ton of collectibles lately (flashback and Gold), so I can't complain too much. My early packs were awful, and my two best pulls (Weber/Gonchar) came after the two week mark of the game being released.

That's the game just flat out saying 'F you!'.

The sad part is, if I'd had pulled an 85 winger or D it would have likely been an upgrade for my lineup.

I’m in Division 3 and I don’t know how. I haven’t paid a cent or had good puck luck. My best forward has been an 87 Tavares (my only 87). Every team I play has a way better roster than me but I’m able to beat them.

Traded in and got Burns, which we auctioned off.

Had a trade offer for Evo Marchand + FB Gaborik that I was on the fence about biting on. I backed out to price-check Gabby and realized the auction time expired. This somehow put the card in limbo. I could not put it back up for auction, nor get it back into my collection. The game would error out.

I started a support chat, and after about 15 minutes wait plus 15 minutes of useless chat time, I was asked to start a new support chat in 2 hours time when the "specialist team" would be available. At this point it was 1am. I asked if the ticket could just stay open and the specialist team address it when they got in. Nope.

At the suggestion of a reddit user, I shut down the XBox and let it reboot and everything was fine.

TL;DR: EA Support is useless.

I like that EA introduced the EVO sets but it pretty much killed the market for all EVOs. Some people are saying invest in EVOs now so that you can resell them when their overalls are higher and their prices are (theoretically) higher. The problem is I don't think the prices will rise that much. It's like the MOV McDavid card last year - almost everyone had one because the set was easy to do, so even when he hit 99 his price wasn't much higher than the 300K it was originally selling for.

tl;dr - don't waste coins investing in EVOs this year. It's a total crap shoot because of the number of cards on the market, the revamped rating system, and the fact that EA seems to have made PT and TOTW selections MUCH more subjective this year.

I'm considering giving up the Superstar challenges. I don't spend real money, so the rewards are nice, but it's extremely frustrating playing the AI.

I often play the Superstar level challenges position locked at LW and let the AI fight each other over most of the ice. Less frustrating that way (especially faceoffs).
