We've played the least games of any team. I think that's factored into the tight hands a bit, they've been waiting too long between games. No rythym yet.
The expectation should be a streaky offense. Remember, the Canes went through independent stretches of 8 goals in 5 games, 13 in 8, 5 in 5 and 4 in 5 last season. The coaching/system is the same and the only real change in the Top 9, once Stempniak returns, is Williams in place of McGinn.
It looks like the Oilers will be without Drai tomorrow. So that's nice.
If that sticks, it's an awesome tryout for Necas. I might be the only person that still thought Necas looked better overall in the preseason than Kuokkanen, even with the lack of production.
Question: The 9 game tryout, do they count the games the team has played, or just the games Necas himself has played?
****, I want to see this live, but the game is way too late
Same, especially when the game starts 3AM and I have school at 9.30AM, so will have to try to go the day without twitter or anything to don't see the result and watch the game at home later.
IMO, Necas just oozed talent, but Kuokkanan actually got results. I don't think he looked as good, but it's hard to say no to points on the board.
I have work @ 10AM and game would end at like 6:30 or 7AM. I hope I dont get spoiled tomorrowSame, especially when the game starts 3AM and I have school at 9.30AM, so will have to try to go the day without twitter or anything to don't see the result and watch the game at home later.
Spoiler: we lose
