Looking at the picture over in the NHL forum thread ... he's got a new joint right above the ankle (looks like tib/fib break). Knee may have been tweaked but the real damage was down right above the ankle/top of the skate.

There is no replacement out there for a player like Sergachev, and even if there was, the Lightning wouldn't be stupid to pay the price to acquire such a player right now.

Out 6-12 months at least..if it is broken it is the best case scenario. Still won't be there until next season.

You can't replace the guy, really.
