Q did scratch Seabs last year one game I believe...

benching Seabrook is a start, hopefully it wakes him and the others up, not holding my breath though.

hopefully this is s sign of things to come and JC gets his off the ice far more, if the hawks are going to be saddled with having him around cause his contract is immovable he should never play more than 40 games a season moving forward and he should get PP time and maybe 5 mins of Even Strength time a game if that.
