He's become a great player, you can put him anywhere in the lineup and he will produce and make the players around him better. He's worth every penny of his contract and more. Gotta love a loyal star player, taking a hometown discount.

What's going on with Bailey? At the start of the season we were calling him elite. Now he looks lost every single game. Turnovers and making too many passes. Missing open nets. It's frustrating.

He's not missing open nets or turning the puck over. He's always passed the puck too much. Nobody was calling him elite.

Not only this but it is obvious Trotz has him playing a very defensive role on the Barzal line.
