The free agent signing period began at 3 pm on NOV 3rd, that means that the first 48 hour signing period ran until NOV 5th at 3pm. That means the 2nd period of signing is currently in place. The third signing period will begin at 3pm today.

So I have two signings to announce, my late skipped first round free agent signing, and my second round signing. My third round free agent signing will come 3pmish today.
