Well, for 2 or 3 weeks now we have been able to sign a guy every 48 hours. So yes, you can just drop someone and sign another player.

Yea if you want to add a player but have a full roster just drop a guy. Right now we are in free agent and trade limbo. *Next course of action looks to be the 05 Entry Draft (which we will hold even if the NHL doesn't)*. The outcome should be pretty interesting.

*tentatively, need consultation from the other commissioners but that is what I'm leaning towards
