When I try to add the extension in FF it tells me that the add-on is no longer compatible with my version (the latest) of FF.

Help!
So I just updated my FF to the latest version and the extension is still working. Maybe find a way to revert to a previous version and then update FF?

heres a preliminary theme

Install this Chrome Extension

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/...es-for/fjnbnpbmkenffdnngjfgmeleoegfcffe?hl=en

Then install theme from here

https://userstyles.org/styles/148793/bba-hfboards

let me know what you'd like to see changed. Very rough right now, still making some changes and some stuff isn't done yet

Thank you for this. HF should've provided a dark option themselves from the get-go as the white-upon-white-upon-white is just a ridiculously short oversight.

In case you didn't notice, most (or all?) of the old links should be working now. So if you had the old link to this board:
http://hfboards.hockeysfuture.com/forumdisplay.php?f=40

It should pop up correctly now.
Maybe the initial link works, but the URL's are much longer and more complicated now:

http://hfboards.hockeysfuture.com/forumdisplay.php?f=40
http://hfboards.mandatory.com/forums/arizona-coyotes.40/?f=40

I do 99% of my posting from my phone and used to be able to click on the URL, delete the last couple digits and type in new ones. Had all the important ones memorized:
40 = Coyotes
26 = Hurricanes
44 = Stars
234 = MMA
3 = trades
60 = general NHL talk
166 = soccer

Now the link you posted will correct itself to
http://hfboards.mandatory.com/forums/arizona-coyotes.40/?f=40

so if I go in and try to replace "40" with "3" it won't actually send me to the trade board.

Major time waste on my phone.

I have two threads from earlier this summer book marked. One is a proposal of Dylan Strome for RNH that is panned as ridiculous because Strome has nowhere near that value and RNH is vastly superior. The other is a Galchenyuk for Strome and Dvorak proposal that Habs fans scoffed at. The Habs bookmark works. The Oilers one does not.

It's possible the link for the one that isn't working, isn't working because the thread was merged or some such.

Search being busted is known.

Way easier to read with the extension.

I woul dlike to see someone try to replicate the old HF style though.

Or just add a few lines to any style script for the forums and wave goodbye to those needless "thread starter" avatars instead:
Code:
.discussionListItem .posterAvatar {
     display: none;
}

Forgive me for not reading this entire thread:

With this new software/hosting how can you tell which threads you've posted in?

In user preferences, I believe "Automatically watch threads that you create or when you reply..." is enabled by default, so you'd see a pair of reading glasses in the same spot that you'd see sticky pins or locks. That's the best workaround there is at the moment. You'd then be able to use Watched Threads in the top tab links to see which threads have unread posts and then jump to whatever you want to read next.

Do you have this information:
We need at least the name of the place it occurred. A network name would be better. If there was a message with the reason please include it. If you are blocked it would be helpful to know if you can load craveonline.com

If you don't want to blast out all the info on the public board you can PM it to me.
