He was that third guy with Petterson and Kuzmenko and very underwhelming. He’s not a top six player.

I don’t think he was amazing but I think he’s capable of being just a guy.

Who else would you go with? PDG? Abbotsford call-up? Try and trade for two top six Fs instead of one?

I’ve felt for weeks that the whole “Canucks haven’t lost when leading after 2!” Was
A jinx every time it was said - it finally landed tonight.

Eeking out a point here given the travel circumstances they had to deal with at the end of a long, excellent road trip with a classic trap game at the end is acceptable. Take the 5-1-1 and come on home.

Merzlikins was sure pumped up.

That was a sweet finisher from Marchenko in the shootout. Boys looked gassed in the 3rd, getting out with a point after the last 24hrs of shenanigans is great.

Ended up being kind of a fun game.

Cole Sillinger did some good things, nice to see him bounce back a bit for them.

Amazing road trip and seemingly came out completely healthy.

Only real point of criticism was that 4-3 PP opportunity in OT.

Wish they took their timeout and actually planned something out. They were in a rush to re-enter the zone rather than getting the coaching to fully reset and re-enter the zone with speed.

Yeah I cannot be mad about this road trip. Probably the second toughest part of the season and they did well. We'll see how they do in March when they have a 4-game stretch against LA/Vegas/Winnipeg/Colorado.

Escaping Columbus with an OT point after literally barely physically escaping Buffalo while ending the road trip 5-1-1 is incredibly impressive. No complaints.
