Another gutsy win, this team is showing a ton of character. Really impressed with Z, he was a beast tonight. McAvoy showing that he is a future Norris winner and Rask was rock solid in nets.

Every person on the Bs played hard every single shift, again. I absolutely love the grit on this team. They never give up. And what phenomenal young studs the Bs have in the SO scorers -- Pasta and McAvoy. The Bs have beat some of the best teams in the league already, which is a great sign for things to come as the youngsters continue to get better game by game. Although he didn't get a goal, I cannot stop being amazed by Heinen's play in all three zones. That kid is something else. I seem to say this every game, but Cassidy is doing a hell of a job with these guys. Screw injuries and player illness, Cassidy and the boys are finding a way to put up points. It also doesn't hurt to have Rask on his game -- a big difference maker.

The pace of tonight's game was outstanding.
Both goalies were hot.
What a way for McAvoy to celebrate his 20th birthday.
It is appearing more and more that the Bruins Rebuild maybe ahead of schedule.

It really is amazing how well they've done with all the injuries and rookies.

I'll take it. :)

Good win with Krejci and Spooner out, other guys sick and the team playing its 6th game in 8 days. This team is elite.

Rask earned them one point and then Pasta and Big Mac got them another in the shootout. Good showing against a good team with depleted center depth.
