If they didn’t screw up against the Islanders could have been at worst 2-1-1 on this road trip. Cronin putting Leo out there when the game is on the line is good stuff. The Top line looked really good again. Terry finding his game, and Rico getting hot, and we hopefully have Mac and Z back later this week…….um we hope, lol.

This was a frustrating game with all the penalties, are they all penalties? Maybe or maybe not, but what about the boarding on LaCombe for one? Seems it’s the refs looking the other way. If you are going to call everything on the Ducks, call those borderline ones on the other team. I’m so sick of this league and the reffing.

Leason has become a really valueable player for Anaheim. Their best PKer IMO. I hope they retain his services.

The Red Wings have always had a pliable D-core over the years even when they were an elite team. We were running them around a bit in the 1st and 2nd before we got tired. Would be so much fun to beat these guys in the SCF at some point in the near future.
