I grew up in podunk, Ohio, where my parents from 2 different podunk, Ohio towns were raised by their podunk, Ohio families to treat everyone equally, & they subsequently raised my siblings & I to do likewise. But, please, paint everywhere not NYC, LA, Boston, Chicago, Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, or Europe with the broadest, woke, liberal brush ever. f***ing not from the big city white ppl are the worst! Racists, the lot of them!

I’m saying people living in urban Calgary vs rural Calgary likely have very different life experiences and therefore would likely have different receptions to a POC moving in. Again, I don’t know anything about Calgary or if Kadri is avoiding that team/city. Likely this topic is being blown out of proportion.

I’m glad your parents raised you to respect others. But the reality is that Columbus, Ohio and Buttcrack, Ohio residents will -by and large- have different reactions to Adam & Steve moving in next door.
