There won't be any panic or shakeup trades when the team is struggling this much. Moves like that tend to set franchises back a good fives years rather than helping in any meaningful way.

Hartley's not getting fired anytime soon either, not unless the Flames lose 15 of their next 20.

Scratching some vets (Russell to start, maybe others at a later point) is long overdue though.
