Zeke lost his court fight from the lawsuit he filed in Texas. His last ditch effort will involve filing the same lawsuit in New York City.

The Cowboys are on a bye week now, so Zeke has another week to try to get a TRO in place to avoid having his suspension start against the 49ers next week.

How do you know he did it? Just because you say so?

Given the Cowboys have started off 2-3 you have to wonder if they wouldn't be better off accepting the suspension instead of risking it carrying over to next season?

They will likely drag this out until week 9 or 10, and if their chances of vacating the suspension get worse I predict he does what Brady did and just takes the suspension (providing they aren't in a playoff spot)
