Netherlands can be very thankful to be in group C, and I'm still not that confident.

Honestly really pumped for this year's tournament. France is definitely the team to beat and only a few teams can actually go toe-to-toe with them. Hopefully Portugal is one of those teams.

We could, but we wont. Fernando Santos will turtle and our team will continue to look like 11 players we never stepped on the field together before with zero cohesion, interplay, or strategy.

Exactly. Though I dream what somebody like Scolari could have done with the squad we have now. But I do have some faith in Santos.

We're in bad form, bringing an older squad, and our idiot coach is retiring after this tourney...so I guess we're bringing football home again?

Kulusevski and Svanberg of Sweden have both tested Covid-positive. Pretty big blow.

Edit: Apparently there is a video of Kulu at a party on the 30th of May.

So is sweden.

Never said otherwise?

I'm not even keen on them but I don't see Kulusevski being the difference between them not being able to muster more than a point against Poland/Slovakia.
