Well, today marks the one year anniversary of this trade. What are your thoughts on the trade and how it's worked out?

This gave me a jump scare before I realized what thread it was.

I think the trades been good for us. Having a center like him has really eased things since Kes has started to slow down. I bet he’ll be needed a lot more once Getz starts to slow as well, so I’m also good with his new extension.

Was the right move, and still is. I wish he was a bit more consistent, but with Kesler's major drop in play, he's a vital piece.

It's also nice to know he can be a great LW for us if/when Steel and Lundestrom force their way into the top 9 center mix.
