Yea it was just weird for me coming from a city that loves their team regardless of how they do and try to support them the best we can and then living in a city that could give 2 shits about their team when they're losing but as soon as they start winning oh boy the bandwagon comes in hot

This would be relevant if the Oilers were in the middle of the standings and not near the bottom.

Goal #2 for Anaheim was started when Drai gave the puck away in his own end and the Oilers never got it back.

I can say pretty confidently if Carlyle was coaching our team and McLellan was coaching the Ducks, we win that game. You can probably say the same for a lot of coaches in the NHL. That's an issue when you have one of the highest paid coaches in the NHL.

I have more respect for the Flames not named Tkachuk than I do the Ducks. That said I missed the 2nd and 3rd periods and expected BS reffing to have cost us the game, that didn't appear to be the case for a change.

McDavid scores on 45% of the Oilers goals... so it's a smart strategy to waste time until he's off the ice. It was a greasy play... but well planned by the Ducks.

What does Rob think the Ducks were doing?

There was a"fear factor" in playing McD and company so they held possession but Rob said it wasn't a planned play. Basically that it just happened that way.

And that's the challenge, if this team wants to go somewhere teams need to learn to fear them when 97 is not on the ice.
