there are countless posts tearing MT for playing Weise as much as he does.

Even though he's clearly our best option at RW at the moment

I also seem to recall a debate with you about you preferring your boy Sekac over him.

Even last night, I ready many comments about playing Weise during 3 on 3

Carr and Andrighetto have both outplayed Weise this month.

As for the question, no he does not have top 6 potential. He is a solid bottom 6 player.

Well Andrighetto's barely played so not sure about that...

As for Carr? Yeah probably, he's been the Habs most consistent player the last month.

When he's played he has been more effective.

Not sure why he was benched in the first place.

Weise has no business playing as much as he does. No idea how this means people are hating on him. There's no reason for him to be getting a regular shift on the PP as if he's some established scorer.

He's top 6. Easily.
Probably even top line material.

In Therrien's heart. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

I hope Weise scores 30 goals this year.

The Patch-DD-Weise thing has to stop. Now.

Ghetto must play. Carr must play. Both of them must.play.

at least for now, gallagher is close.

When Gallagher's back our RWs should be

Gally
Carr
Ghetto
Weise

In that order

You should just send down Andrighetto whenever you can't play him on a scoring line. What we're lacking the most is top 6 scoring which Andrighetto can contribute to, but if he doesn't have place on a scoring line he would be better off continuing to improve in the AHL. Weise on the third line and DSP or whoever on the fourth.

Pacioretty Pleks Gallagher
Ghetto/Hudon Chucky Carr
Fleischmann DD Weise
Ghetto/Hudon Eller Mitchell

I wouldn't mind having ghetto in the NHL on this fourth line.

If he gets some minutes on the top 6 like he is now then by all means keep him.

Like Eller, Weise is a complimentary forward. When things are clicking he's certainly an option to compliment a line. However, when things aren't clicking he should be nowhere in top 6.
