Detroit needs to put money on the table. They’ll likely sign him. Shouldn’t be an issue. It’s nuts they couldn’t get anything for him.Kostin is rumoured to want 2m or else bolt to the KHL
Yamo makes double what he should be and is quickly trending towards being a bust. The cap space is more valuable for Edmonton while Detroit gets to hopefully turn Yamos career around.
It makes sense for both teams. Thank you Yzerman for doing us a solid
Must have been the sweetener to take on yamKlim Kostin was a beast in the playoffs and scored timely goals. Big guy, plays with tenacity, the kind of player you need to win in the playoffs... which is what I thought the Oilers wanted to do. WTF Edmonton???
Not an Oilers fan but agree. He was one of there best players in playoffs. Hard forechecker, opened up space.Klim Kostin was a beast in the playoffs and scored timely goals. KlimdrosOil fans. Is Kostin sandpaper?
Yammo yes, Id wish Kostin returned.Honestly great deal for the Oilers. Cap space is way more valuable than those guys
You are assuming Holland doesn't waste that cap space on something stupid. Good luck with thatHonestly great deal for the Oilers. Cap space is way more valuable than those guys
Kostin was positively noticeable for the Oilers in the playoffs. Be interesting to see what he can do with the Wings and more ice time.
Yzerman digging through other team's garbage cans again.
