Jagr is something else. I've seen several videos on how he trains every day and I can see why he's still in such great condition at 44. He also needed a bit of good luck to avoid some serious injuries(guy elbows you in the head, no amount of conditioning is going to save you from that) but it's not a coincidence he's still playing well. He is supremely gifted AND he works probably harder than anyone in the NHL. Perfect combination. He could play until he's 50 if he wanted to.
