So disappointed in Gropp but watching Barzal this year it’s no surprise. I’d have 50 pts playing on a line with him. Our scouts should have realized it though.

Gropp has a great shot tailor made to look good next to a good center. He didn’t have one in Hartford and never played with Chytil.

I remember in his draft year Gropp carried the team while Barzal was out like 15-20 games, so there was definitely some skill/potential there, unfortunately for us he was just done growing as a player I guess

Terrible. The officiating has been crap all series. 3 goalie interference calls vs. CBJ in one game - I saw two and neither were good calls. The last was pushed by the d-man so an atrocious call.
