I don't think an total agreement on everything has been reached, but that in principle they have agree to start the season and at a $45 Mill cap.

I don't think the PA would even want to acknowledge it until gary bettman gets up to the podium... gretzky denied anything was happening and yet aparently hes going to be in new york, so it wouldnt surprised me if they have agreed but want to keep it under wraps
